Job Description

IT Support Specialists use their broad experience and resourceful nature to resolve a wide variety of support requests from Rocket IT clients and employees. Working closely with the rest of the Help Desk team and utilizing state-of-the-art remote management tools, IT Support Specialists provide Tier II support to help our clients thrive. The IT Support Specialist role is ideal for smart, experienced problem solvers that enjoy resolving a wide variety of challenges in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Help people and organizations maximize IT uptime and performance

Provide Tier II support to Rocket IT clients

Document activities, steps to resolution and process improvements

Qualifications

4-year college degree (IT relevance preferred)

3-5 years IT support experience (previous experience with an outsourced IT services provider preferred)

Pass 1+ Server 2008/2012 R2 Microsoft Exam (70-410, 411, 412, etc.)
