As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Human Resource and Office Administration department. Human Resource Manager Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding co-worker relations. Conduct all investigations involving co-worker misconduct, report findings to senior management, and recommend appropriate solutions
Develop and maintain a performance improvement plan structure. Provide support and training to managers as needed for individual improvement plans
Provides employees with employee relations support, anticipates problems and develops, recommends and initiates appropriate steps for resolution
Payroll, Basic HR Functions, Legal Complications, Compliance Regulations
Serve as the primary company representative with the local bargaining unit and promote and maintain positive labor relations. Administer hourly employee’s terms and conditions of employment pursuant to the local collective bargaining agreement.
Negotiate with corporate team new collective bargaining agreements
Working with legal contracts and compliance
4-5+ years of experience in Human Resources
Bachelor’s degree required
Compliance experience required
Ability to help out in various areas- not just sole HR
Experience being the sole HR department
