HR Generalist

Robert Half has partnered with a global manufacturing business in their search of an HR Generalist. Ideal candidates will have a BS Degree, PHR/SHRM certification, and 5 years of well-rounded HR experience. This position will help support the business and join an HR team, reporting to the HR Director.This is a full-time, permanent position with one of Robert Half’s clients.

Desired Experience:

BS Degree

5+ yrs of HR exp

Strong in employee relations, performance management, and coaching exp

Effective communication skills, works well in fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

Employee relations

Performance Management

Disciplinary actions

Coaching

College relations
