Serves as the HR leader for the MS LT, RTD LT and as a participating member of the Diagnostics HR LT. Contributes as a key stakeholder in campus initiatives and programs.
Diagnoses, influences, facilitates and implements solutions using a consultative approach with leaders that address key business needs.
Represents functional view to Group/Dia HR. Contributes to key functional initiatives agreed at Group, Divisional, or BA level.
Facilitates the development of the next generation of leaders to allow the business to achieve the its goals through people related initiatives.
Influences and drives organizational change in support of business strategies.
Drives global functional key priorities through close collaboration with Global and site HR Business Partners on global functional topics and provides feedback on local implementation.
Leads and oversees all HR related activities including total rewards, employee relations, talent acquisition, and training & organizational development.
Leads and develops employees within the HR function.
May perform other duties as required or assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible management experience in Human Resources. Preference for experience in Biotech.
Strong experience in all of the disciplines that comprise human resources, especially as an HR generalist. Additional experience in compensation, recruitment, leadership development, training, career development, ER and performance management.
International experience is preferred.
